The fourth generation quinolone antibacterial drugs

【Indications】

This product is indicated for the treatment of the following infections caused bysusceptible bacteria:

(1)Secondary infection of chronic respiratory disease, such as chronic bronchitis,diffuse panbronchiolitis, bronchiectasis, emphysema, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, bronchial asthma, obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia,  lung abscess, etc.

(2)Pyelonephritis, complicated urocystitis, prostatitis;

(3)Burn wound infection, surgical wound infection;

(4) Cholecystitis, cholangitis, hepatic abscess;

(5)Intra-abdominal abscess,  peritonitis;

(6)Genital infection, such as adnexitis and endometritis; pelvic inflammatory disease.

【Dosage and Administration】

Administration: intravenous drip; dilute with 100mL of 0.9% saline or 5% glucose injection before use.

Dosage: twice a day, 0.3g each time; intravenous drip for 30 to 60 minutes and the course of treatment for 7 to 14 days.

The dosage can be adjusted according to the age and condition of patients, as appropriate. More details on the specification in the package insert.
